Description

The Hawthornes is a late 18th-century building that has undergone later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys high. The façade features three three-light casement windows, each with lintels that have segmental soffites and keyblocks, along with plain brick sill bands. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase with a pediment, leading to a door with glazed panels. The building has late 19th-century bracketed eaves and gabled ends, with tiles on the roof. A wing projects from the rear of the structure.
