Description

Summerhill Cottage is a late 18th century building located on Summerhill Road in Kingswinford. The cottage is constructed of roughcast stone and stands two storeys high. It features two sash windows set in moulded frames. The doorway is situated on the west side and is adorned with a Tuscan pilaster doorcase, a semi-circular traceried fanlight, a pediment, and a four-panelled door. The building has moulded stone eaves and stone-coped gabled ends, and it is roofed with slates.
