Description
The Cross Hotel is a public house located on High Street in Kingswinford, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building is later roughcast and features two storeys and an attic beneath a gabled roof. It has one sash window set in a stone chamfered surround, along with two windows in a gabled bay to the right. The ground storey includes a splayed bay window and a later 19th-century square-headed doorway with a hood mould. The gable is stone coped and the roof is covered with slates. The more attractive side of the building faces Moss Grove, showcasing two gables and three three-light mullioned windows in chamfered stone surrounds.
