Description
Grove Hall Cottage is a late 18th century or early 19th century cottage that stands two storeys high. It features two windows on the front facing the road and has a short rear wing that contains the entrance. The building is constructed of red brick and has a low pitched, hipped slate roof with chimneys at each end. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with slightly gauged brick arches and stone sills. In the rear wing, there are two similar windows, each with eight panes in the sash. The entrance is a six-panel door that is topped by an oblong fanlight with a radial pattern.
