Description

Tivoli Cottage is a three-storey building dated 1849, visible in the inscription "WBAM 1849". Constructed of ashlar stone, with coursed rubble to the side, it has a stone slate roof featuring two carved kneelers and two stone chimney stacks. The building has two windows, with double-hung sashes containing glazing bars, and a continuous band marking the cills, with keystones above. There is a single window on the ground floor. The front door consists of four panels, set within a doorway with a segmental arch. An inset foot scraper is present. The building forms a group with numbers 1 and 3 Wothorpe Road.
