Description

31 High Street is an early 18th-century building featuring two storeys constructed of painted stone with a stone slate roof. It has a prominent heavy dentil eaves cornice and block rusticated quoins. The façade includes three windows set in bolection moulded stone surrounds, which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The building also has a late 19th-century slop front. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 14 to 31 and the Public Library.
