Description
Nos 27 and 28 on St George's Street are a long 18th-century cottage range, featuring two storeys constructed from coursed small stones. The building is topped with a stone slate roof and has three brick chimneys. The quoins are made of larger stones. There are three dormers, each with three lights; the center dormer has a casement window with glazing bars. The facade includes three fixed windows with glazing bars and one casement pane, all featuring rubble voussoirs. No 27 has one modern window on the ground floor, while No 28 has a modern shop front. A six-panel door is located to the left, accessed by one step, and also features rubble voussoirs and a wood frame. Nos 23 to 28 together form a group.
