Description

No. 3 St Leonard's Street is a building dated 1666, featuring a tall, narrow frontage of three storeys constructed in stone. It has a stone slate roof and a brick chimney stack on a stone base. Each storey has one window, which is set in a splayed bay topped by a stone-capped gable. Each window has five lights, with stone mullions and a moulded string course at the heads. To the left, there is a modern door with a blocked rectangular fanlight above it, which has a chamfered head. A date stone is set into the east face of the gable. Nos 1 to 7 St Leonard's Street form a group.
