Description
No 1 St Leonard's Street is an early 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of ashlar with a flipped stone slate roof. The façade features two windows on the upper floors, which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. On the ground floor to the left, there is a larger window that is a fixed light with glazing bars. The building also has a basement grille and a four-panel door topped with a glazed rectangular fanlight. A plinth is present at the base. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 7 St Leonard's Street.
