No 9 High Street is a late 18th century or early 19th century building, constructed in ashlar with two storeys and a stone slate roof. The façade features three windows with plain reveals, hung sashes, glazing bars, and a lightly marked keystone. There is a small parapet above. The building has a modern shop front. It is part of a group that includes No 4 and Nos 6 to 12, which are consecutive.
