Description

No 45 on St Paul's Street is a building dating back to 1671, with origins in the 18th century and alterations made in the early 19th century. It is two storeys high with attics, constructed in ashlar stone, and features a stone slate roof with two hipped dormers, one of which has glazing bars. The building has two windows: one is a single window and the other is a three-light window, both are double-hung sashes with glazing bars and slightly segmental arches. There is one brick stack present, and the shop front has been modernized. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 41, 42, 44, and 45, as well as Nos 1 to 3 on St George's Street.
