Description
The stables and hayloft to the manor house were built in the early 19th century and altered in the 20th century. They are constructed from squared coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and feature a concrete tiled roof with raised stone coped gables. The building is two stories high and has a three-bay front. The central bay contains a blocked door, while to the left there is a fixed 20th-century light. On the first floor, there is a central planked door flanked by two single two-light openings. All openings have ashlar lintels with keyblocks. Notably, to the left at first floor level, there is an ashlar sundial that is rectangular in shape, with facetted angles and lightly incised Roman numerals. This building is included in the listing for its group value with the manor house.
