Description
The stable located to the rear of The Manor is an early 19th-century building constructed from limestone ashlar with a hipped stone slate roof and ashlar stacks. It is a single-storey structure with a loft and features eight bays. To the left of the center, there is an early 20th-century timber-framed gable above the carriage doors, along with an oculus and a lunette. The left side has round-arched and segmental-headed planked doors, while the right side includes a round-arched planked door, two-light casements, and two single-light casements. A string course runs along the plain parapet, and the loft is adorned with three gabled dormers, each featuring 2-light casements. Inside, the stable retains its original cast-iron and timber stalls and loose boxes.
