Description
A pair of barns and a store building, dating from the late 18th century and altered in the 20th century, are located at Hill Top Farm. The buildings are constructed of coursed limestone rubble with red brick quoins and dressings, and have pantile roofs. The right-hand barn has a single planked double door beneath a timber lintel, with four small ventilation openings to the right. A planked door is set high in the gable. The left-hand barn has a pair of sliding doors set within a segmental brick opening. A planked door is located at a high level to the left, and the gable end contains two tiers of flight holes constructed in brick. A 20th-century casement window with glazing bars is present in the connecting store. The buildings are listed for their group value.
