Description

This is a barn dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of roughly-laid rubble stone with decorative red brick dressings and a 20th-century tile roof, hipped at the roadside. The barn is two storeys high and faces a yard and the right side of Hill farmhouse. The left side has a pair of full-height double wooden doors, a stable door, a single-light window, another stable door, and a further single-light window, with four matching windows located above. All the ground-floor openings have round arches. The barn is listed for its group value.
