Cottage of C17. Coursed rubble stone and ashlar with thatch roof and brick end stacks, gable facing. 1½ storeys. On left side gable to centre left with a 3-light stone mullion window both floors. Hood moulds. To right a 1-light casement and 2-light horizontal sliding sash with 2-light eyebrow dormer over. On right end to Lane a blocked window with 2-light stone mullion over. Entrance on right side in 2 1 storey extensions with Welsh slate roofs and eyebrow dormer over. Ceiling beams inside.
