Description
Holly Cottage Farmhouse is a 17th-century cottage located on the north side of Little Lane in Greetham. The building is constructed of coursed rubble stone and ashlar, topped with a thatch roof and featuring brick end stacks, with the gable facing forward. It has one and a half storeys.
On the left side, there is a gable that contains a three-light stone mullion window on both floors, complete with hood moulds. To the right, there is a one-light casement window and a two-light horizontal sliding sash window, with a two-light eyebrow dormer situated above. The right end facing the lane has a blocked window with a two-light stone mullion above it. The entrance is located on the right side, leading into two one-storey extensions that have Welsh slate roofs and an eyebrow dormer above. Inside, the cottage features ceiling beams.
