Description
Manor House is a house dating from the late 16th century to the 17th century, with an extension added around 1800. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a Collyweston slate roof with three moulded stone end stacks. The building has quoins and stone-coped gables, with the gable facing the front to the right. Originally in an L shape, the extension on the right side has created a symmetrical front with a projecting central gable. The house is 2½ storeys high and has mullioned windows. From the left, there is a three-light stone mullion window with a hood mould, a similar window above it, and a two-light hipped dormer. The door, located in the projecting gable, has an overlight above it, along with a two-light mullion window above and a three-light mullion window on both floors, accompanied by another two-light hipped dormer. On the right end, there is a one-storey extension, and there is a further wing at the rear.
