Description

3 King's Mill Lane is a 17th-century cottage that has been converted into a single occupancy residence. The building is constructed from coursed rubble and features a mansard roof made of stone slates. It has two dormer windows and two modern sliding sash windows with wooden lintels on the first floor. The ground floor includes three windows, one of which is located in a former doorway, and all have stone voussoirs. The entrance door is made up of four panels, two of which are glass, and is set back within a similar architrave under a rectangular fanlight. This cottage is part of a group with No. 2.
