Waterhouse Cottage is a 17th-century cottage pair that has been converted into a single house. It features roughcast over a timber frame and has a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and includes a parapet and two dormers. The front is irregular with two windows, and there is a shop window on the ground floor to the right. Additionally, there are two doorways that are paired in the centre.
