Description

Folders Lane Gate Cottage is a 17th-century building that was originally two cottages but has been converted into a single dwelling. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick, while the upper floor is tile hung. The cottage has a tiled roof and casement windows. There is a chimney breast on the south wall, and a modern addition has been made to the north side of the building.
