DITCHLING COMMON 1. 5405 The Cottage, Pollards Farm TQ 31NW 1/13 II 2. Late medieval, timber-framed; altered in C17 and more recently. Of two storeys and three bays; formerly having two bay hail to the west, but this now floored across. Lower storey of C18 red brick except at west end where original framing survives. Hipped tiled roof; modern casements.
