Description

No. 5 Austin Street is a building with origins dating back to the early 18th century. It is a single-storey structure built from coursed rubble. The steep roof is covered with stone slates and features two chimney stacks made of brick on stone. The façade includes two small windows, one of which is a sliding sash and the other a fixed light, along with a tiny blocked window to the left. The entrance door consists of four fielded panels and is set beneath a wooden lintel. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 2, 4, and 6.
