Description

This is an early 19th century building fronting Austin Street. It is two storeys high on the street side, but three storeys high facing the garden. The construction is of coursed rubble with stone dressings, including quoins and window surrounds. The roof is covered in stone slate and features a rendered chimney stack. The roof is of a double-span design. The front has two modern sash windows on the first floor, and one sash window with glazing bars on the ground floor. A small window is located on the lower extensions to the right. The central door consists of five panels, with reeded pilaster strips featuring paterae, and an open pediment above. A rectangular glazed fanlight is set above the door.
