  1. 1671 ST PETER'S VALE No 1 TF 0206 1/342 II GV 2. Late C18 or early C19. 2 storeys and attics. Cottage in coursed rubble with mansard roof of old slates with 2 gabled dormers, casements. 2 windows, double-hung sashes with glazing bars under chamfered wood lintels. Modern door. A small house, ' in attractive situation with stone terrace to front.

Nos 1, 2, King's Mill, No 5 and Former STables to King's Mill form a group.
