Description

Number 8 Keigwin Place is a cottage dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed granite rubble and features a slate roof with gable ends. The building has two storeys and two windows, which are later sash windows with vertical glazing bars only. There is a central recessed doorway, and large granite lintels are present above the ground floor windows and doorway. This cottage is included for its group value with The Old Standard and Nos 2, 5, 7, 8, and 13.
