Number 8 Keigwin Place is a cottage dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed granite rubble and features a slate roof with gable ends. The building has two storeys and two windows, which are later sash windows with vertical glazing bars only. There is a central recessed doorway, and large granite lintels are present above the ground floor windows and doorway.
