Description

This milepost, dating from the late 19th century, is made of cast iron and painted white with black detailing. The south side is inscribed with "To Billingboro 6 miles," while the north side reads "To Bourn 4 miles," creating a sharp, projecting angle. At the top, there is an inverted triangle inscribed with "Dunsby Parish." The milepost features a tall base with a projecting angle and has black painted bands that define each face.
