Description

This building is a cottage, originally two cottages, located next to Laburnum Cottage and dates from around 1817. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof with decorative eaves and gable stacks. The cottage is two stories high with a four-bay front. The doorway is positioned to the left and has a segmental head with a plank door. To the right of the doorway is a blocked entrance with a segmental head, followed by a two-light casement window. There is another two-light casement window to the left of the doorway, and both of these windows have segmental heads. On the upper floor, there are two two-light casement windows, each with wooden lintels. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
