Description

The Spring Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on Bourne Road in Dunsby. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with decorative eaves and gable stacks. The building has an L-plan layout and is two storeys high with a three-bay front, plus a 20th-century gabled bay that projects to the left. The central doorway has a segmental head and a partially glazed door, flanked by two single two-light casements with segmental heads. Above, there are two two-light casements with wooden lintels. The projecting bay to the left contains a two-light casement, with a three-light casement above it.
