Description

Dunsby House is a house built in the early 19th century, with some later 19th-century features. It is constructed of red brick, with some ashlar stonework, and has slate roofs that feature decorated eaves and gable stacks. The house is designed in an L-shape and has two and a half storeys. The south front has three bays and a central doorway that has a semi-circular head. This doorway is surrounded by a broad ashlar frame with single flanking corbels, a plain fanlight, and double panel doors. On either side of the doorway, there are late 19th-century canted bay windows, each containing three plain sash windows. Above the doorway, there are three plain sash windows, with three smaller glazing bar sashes above them, all featuring brick wedge lintels.
