The building is constructed from colourwashed rubble and features a steeply pitched asbestos tile roof with a single gable and two ridge stacks. It has a two-storey, seven-bay front with a lobby entrance plan. The central doorway has a partially glazed door, flanked by two three-light 20th-century casements on the right. To the left, there is a two-light casement with a doorway beyond that has a glazed door, followed by a three-light casement. Above, there are two three-light casements to the right and two two-light casements to the left. All openings are topped with wooden lintels. A datestone on the west gable is inscribed with "T.R. 1695".
