Description

This early 19th-century gateway and garden wall is constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings. Two gatepiers are present on the left-hand side. Each pier has a brick base with an ashlar plinth, a brick pier with a moulded ashlar band approximately three-quarters of the way up, a moulded ashlar cornice and top, and a ball finial. A low wall with an attached wrought iron fence runs westward, ending in a single pier mirroring the design of the gatepiers, with a brick base, ashlar plinth, brick pier, moulded ashlar band, moulded ashlar cornice, top, and ball finial.
