Description

BELTON & MANTHORPE SK94SW GRANTHAM ROAD, Belton 1315-0/1/39 (North West side) Witham View GV II

Former service wing to Bridgewater House, now a house. 1822. Brick with hipped slate roof. 2 brick ridge stacks. Rebated eaves. 2 storeys; 3 x 4 windows. Windows are mainly glazing bar sliding sashes with segmental brick heads. 3 bay front has to left a segment headed plank door under a sloping canopy. To right, 2 windows, the right one half-blocked. Attached on the left side, a single storey range of sheds, with a canopy on wooden posts. Right return has 3 blanks and a window to right, and below, a top-hung casement and 3 blanks.
