Description
This is a mid 18th century pigeoncote located to the south of Wraggmarsh House. It is built of red brick and features a conical slate roof with dentillated eaves and a tall weathervane. The structure has a round plan and stands two storeys high. On the north-west side, there is a doorway with a plank door and a segmental head. The east side has a shuttered opening, while the south side includes a broken window opening and a blocked opening near the eaves. The west side also has a shuttered opening, with a fixed light above to the left.
