GOSBERTON GOSBERTON MARSH BANK (north east side) The Gables (formerly listed as Grey Gables)

Farmhouse. 1692, altered C19 and C20. Rough cast rendered brick, stucco quoins, steeply pitched slate roof with coped gables. 2 gable stacks. 2 storey, 3 bay front, with rusticated stucco quoins, with 2 margin light sashes with splayed lintels with keystones to each floor. Between the first floor windows a blocked opening. On the left hand gable stack an inscribed datestone "BRE 1692". C20 windows to rear range.
