722/2/230 MALLARD ROAD 19-DEC-78 LOW FULNEY OLD OFFICE BLOCK OF LAND SETTLEMENT AS SOCIATION (Formerly listed as: KELLET GATE LOW FULNEY OLD OFFICE BLOCK OF LAND SETTLEMENT AS SOCIATION)

II* C18 house with medieval origins, with early brickwork north east side and medieval vaulted rooms at south east end. Supposed to have been the dairy of Spalding Priory. Colour washed brick building with slate roof and gabled ends. Two storey. Four bays, C19 one-and-two light sashes with glazing bars. Gabled wing at rear. Interior has some fielded panelling on ground floor.

In the south east end and in single storey wing at south east end are two medieval vaulted rooms on ground floor level. The wing is rendered and has gabled-ended roof with new tiles, plus a small blocked moulded stone window at south end; corners are buttressed. The rooms have brick rib vaults with chamfered ribs; the north room's vaulting has been boarded over.
