It is constructed of red brick with painted stucco dressings and features a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and four stacks at the rear. The building has two storeys and a three-bay front. The central doorway is adorned with an open pediment supported by Ionic columns, a plain fanlight, and a panelled door. On either side of the doorway are single plain sash windows, with three additional plain sashes located above. All the windows are topped with painted wedge lintels that have raised keystones.
