Description

Boothby Grange is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond with stucco dressings and features a deeply hipped pantile roof supported by three red brick wall stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a glazed door with overlights, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are three smaller windows of the same style. All openings are adorned with splayed stucco lintels.
