Description

Boothby Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick in English bond. It features a pantile roof with brick coped gables and two gable brick stacks. The building is designed in an L-plan and has two storeys with a three-bay front that includes a corbelled eaves band. The central entrance consists of a planked door, which is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows that are now boarded. On the first floor, there are three similar windows, and all openings have segmental brick heads. At the rear, there is a service wing with an outshut to the dairy.
