Description

Nos 10 and 12 Northgate is a mid-18th century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick with stone quoins. It features a modern cement pantile roof and a central modern brick chimney stack. The façade includes five windows with flush frames and no glazing bars, which are adorned with fluted stucco keystones on the first floor and brick voussoirs above. The ground floor has a modern shop front, and the building is curved to fit the site. Nos 2 to 12 (even) form a group.
