Description

The National Westminster Bank is a mid-19th century building located on Northgate, featuring three storeys constructed from yellow brick and topped with a hipped Welsh slate roof that has a wooden eaves cornice. The first floor has two hung sash windows with glazing bars, each framed by stone architraves that include a cornice and carved consoles. The ground floor is finished in ashlar and features stone pilasters that support a cornice and entablature. Additionally, there are four windows on the side elevation. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 12 (even).
