Description

This is an early 18th-century building comprising two storeys and an attic. It is constructed of painted brick with a pantile roof and features three brick stacks. Three dormers have been added later. The building has two windows, with sliding sash windows incorporating glazing bars and one modern casement. The first floor has six windows, with brick voussoirs; four are hung sashes with glazing bars, while the remaining two have no glazing bars. The ground floor currently accommodates a modern shop front, situated below a stone band. Numbers 2 to 12, Northgate, form a group.
