Description

17 Earsham Street is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic and features a gabled dormer. The structure is constructed of painted brick and has a roof covered with pantiles. It includes a three-light sash window with a flush frame and glazing bars. The shop front, dating from the early 19th century, has pilasters and a modillion cornice, although the cornice is covered, and it features modern glazing. There is also a separate six-panel door set in a wooden case. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 19 (odd).
