Description

This is a house located at 25 Minster Yard, dating from the mid-18th century to the 19th century. It is constructed from dressed stone and brick, featuring hipped plain tile and lean-to slate roofs, along with a single ridge stack. The building has quoins and is two storeys tall, plus attics, with two bays. The south wing contains a double glazing bar sash window on each floor, and above, there is a hipped dormer featuring a two-light casement window. In the return angle, there is a 19th-century panelled door with a glazing bar sash window above it. The interior has not been inspected. The property was formerly known as 32 Atton Place, Eastgate.
