Description

10 and 12 Eastgate are early 19th-century buildings located on the south side of Eastgate. They are two storeys high and constructed of painted brick with a pantile roof. The front features two windows on the upper floor, which are sliding sashes with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two windows with hung sashes, also with glazing bars and segmental reveals. The entrance includes two four-panel doors set within segmental architraves, with a blocked recess above. The buildings have a rendered plinth. Nos 4 to 14A (even) form a group with these properties.
