Description
25-31 Mercer Row is an early 19th-century building divided into two sections, listed as part of a group with Nos 25-37 (odd). The left-hand section is three storeys high and built of painted brick, with a pantile roof. It features two windows with late 19th-century wooden frames and glazing. There are remnants of an 19th-century shop front, now with modern glazing. The right-hand section is taller, also of painted brick with a pantile roof. It has two windows with wooden surrounds, rusticated stucco flat arches, and hung sashes containing glazing bars. Brackets are present at the eaves. This section features a modern shop front and is currently in poor repair.
