Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century brick building, originally comprising eleven windows across three storeys. The building is part of a group with Nos 13 to 23 Mercer Row. The building features a shallow parapet topped with a crumbling stone coping, which originally had ball finials. The windows have wide wooden frames, some with glazing bars, and keystones, with the second, fourth and ninth windows being blind. A rendered band defines the cills. There are now one modern shop and three late 19th century shops incorporated into the building's frontage.
