Description

No 13 Mercer Row is a building with origins in the 18th century. It stands three storeys tall and is rendered with a Welsh slate roof. The building features a moulded eaves cornice and has two windows with segmental arches, wood surrounds, and hung sashes that include glazing bars. There is a band between the first and second floors, and the first-floor windows are longer with thicker glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front.
