Description
High House Farmhouse is an early 18th century farmhouse with minor alterations from the mid 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring ashlar quoins and a pantile roof with stone-coped gables and two red brick gable stacks. The building is two storeys high with a garret and has a five-bay front. There is a brick band at the first floor level and dogtooth brick eaves. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door with an overlight, flanked by pairs of plain sash windows. On the first floor, a central plain sash window is flanked by single blank openings and single sash windows. All openings are topped with segmental brick arches.
