Description

The Cross in Wainfleet All Saints is a Grade II* listed structure dating from the 15th century, with some 19th-century alterations. It is made of limestone ashlar and features three rectangular steps that lead up to a rectangular plinth. Atop the plinth is a tapering octagonal shaft, which has broached stops on alternate faces. The shaft is finished with a moulded knop and a 19th-century ball finial, which is accompanied by a large wrought iron weathervane.
