Description

The building is a former barn at Hubbert's Bridge Farm, dating from the mid-18th century and altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with raised brick coped gables and plain kneelers. The barn has six bays, which are divided by flat brick buttresses topped with tiled copings. The penultimate bays are wider and originally contained tall arched entrances that are now blocked. There is a dentillated eaves course along the roofline.

On the left side, there are large panelled double doors beneath a relieving arch. To the right, there is a three-light glazing bar fixed window, followed by a blocked circular opening, a smaller fixed light, and a planked door. Above, a further three-light window is flanked by planked doors, with two smaller planked openings to the right. All openings feature brick segmental heads.
